Luther sat with a deepening sadness he has been used for evil deed he thought. He turned to Micheal, " you have used me, why? To earn a petty fame or to show who is boss?" . No, there is a different reason. I'm sitting here because of a mistake. What is the mistake Luther asked he wanted to know why Micheal surrendered, what is happening. Micheal tells Luther what really happened, the reason why all of this is happening.
" the rival gang cobra' s leader Dennis. He is a genocidal psycho who kills people, he is not an Mexican he was a migrated German. He joined the cobra and after 3 years, he is the leaders of cobra now. Just like the Mexicans know Joseph as the "Mexican spider" Dennis is known as "the German Wolf".
"Wait,wait. I know Dennis I have investigated a lot of cases in him but I didn't know he is the head of cobras." told Luther.
No one knows, he killed the cobra leader 3 years ago and crowned himself leader of cobras. Micheal replied and continued with the story
Dennis had a child, cooper. He is too like his father murdering as he wishes but he is a high drug addict. He cannot live without drugs. He has a private she'd to store his drugs. But he is not clever as his father, he doesn't even know what he is doing when he is high on drugs. The problem started because of cooper. I believe you are familiar with the killing in the hospital at the highway? Asked Micheal
Luther answered Micheal's question " yes. Innocent people were murdered and no one were saw nothing."

He was on a long drive and low on drugs. He needed drugs, he saw the hospital and went there to find for drugs. He stomped his way into the hospital and found the Chief doctor demanding drugs from him.
The doctor refused " we don't give drugs to everyone. We use drugs for patients."
Cooper yelled, demanded at one point he got frustrated and took the syringe from the Tray nearby and stabbed the doctor with it. The doctor died the ward boys and able-Patients try to apprehend cooper but he killed the people trying to stop him to escape from him he took the drugs he can find. This incident was on news, but nothing was found in the investigations. This incident reached the toxins but not Joseph, I told them not to inform Joseph. I went with a small group of toxins to Cooper's shed. To tell him to do some charity to the hospital. Cooper was already high on drugs. As we were negotiating cooper shot my henchman George. He aimed at me but he shot George. I went furious we started to fight in which he tore my coat so I broke his jaw. As in return he punched me in the nose. Despite my nose was burning and bleeding I took rod and smashed his head. Not knowing what to do, we escaped from there. Because my mistake cooper has died and Dennis has swore to kill all the toxins to avenge his son's death.
The is going to be a greater gang war between the toxins and the cobras. The toxins are now importing guns now. Joseph instructed me to be somewhere else for 24 hours. So I came here."
Luther asked in frustration and slight bit of anger " what do you thing of us the police. Do you know how hard was it for us to save the citizens of the country from the bad people. Are we a joke to you!?"
"No no not at all. We don't think you like that. You are needed for this city. But still some are there for us. Ain't that right, Engel? " Micheal turned towards Engel was standing next to Martin.
Luther now reached a moment of clarity, " It was Engel all along. He gave information to toxins, he loaded Anderson's pistol, he was Micheal's eyes outside the room."
As Luther was thinking Micheal turned to see the clock." Oh Damn, look at the time I have to go, goodbye." as he finished his speaking and stood up the wall near him exploded and Micheal walked out of the room. It was well smoky enough to be not seen.
